A: The wood used in our colored mulches is natural forest products that are by-products of the timber industry. The materials include discarded branches, bark removed before boards or cut and potentially poorly cut boards that have to be discarded at the mill. Wood used in the mulch can include (but is not limited to): pine, fir, cedar, cypress, etc. specific wood used varies depending on what is available. The wood is natural non-pressure treated wood.

A: Spec says 94lb. I doubt it is that high since that would ve the weight for solid wood, 1.5 cu-ft. Must be half void because it is chips. If wet, it will be on the wet side.
