Q:Can I use these bulbs for a lamp that is asking for an E27 bulb? I know it will fit, but I'm concerned about the voltage. Thanks!

A: Hi, if you are using the bulb in the US or CA, putting an E26 bulbs into an E27 socket it's not a problem as long as the bulb can handle the voltage up to 120V in US and CA. If using outside of Canada and US, then it’s not recommended.

Q:I purchased the ecosmart color changinging starter kit with remote. Can i add other bulbs to the same remote without purchasing additional starter kits? All the other bulbs seem to have to work with the app and id rather use the remote.

A: Yes, you can control 20 different lightbulbs on their app - but you have to control each one - one at a time. If you have 20 bulbs (like we do) & you want to set a schedule for them - you have to set the schedule 20 times!

A: When you pair the device to your Hubspace account, if you cancel out of setting up WiFi, it will be in Bluetooth mode. It will remain in Bluetooth connection mode until you connect it with WiFi
