Q:If you have a 12" deep melamine shelf by 24" wide, is it better to have the 10" x 12" bracket so the shelf hangs off and bracket by 1 3/4", or should you have the 12" x 14" bracket which I believe would be too deep. Thoughts?

A:  For the small screws (you will need three #7 x 1/2 in. screws) for each Everbilt 12 in. x 14 in. White Shelf Bracket to secure a shelf to the bracket.         A:  I don’t see why not it not so much the 15.75 width of the shelf it’s the weight you are putting on that shelf.
