A:  Should, just purchased a new Maytag (Manufactured by Whirlpool) the size of the discharge connection for the Maytag is 1 inch. The universal connector fits 1 1 1/8 and 1 1/4 inch. But check the dimension guide for your machine.

A:  This is a drain hose, designed to fit in a drain stand pipe. You may use it in a sink but the power of the flow will probably cause it to jump out of the sink and flood the floor. It is not practicle for a kitchen sink. Mike

A:  Not sure if it will work on lg washer. I used it for a GE washer. But it seems fairly universal. It seems to fit any size opening tightly once clamped.
