The overall height of 46-1/4” does include the control panel. We do have model JGB635DEKWW, that is very similar to the one above but does have the self-clean feature. We hope this was helpful. If you want to convert to propane gas, the conversion must be performed by a qualified propane gas installer. The conversion orifices and instructions can be found on the back of the range. A:  Hello there - Thanks for checking in with us about this. There are 4 burners on this range and none of the burners are located in the center of the cooktop. If you placed a griddle in the center of the cooktop it wouldn't receive any heat due to the fact that there's not a burner in that area. We hope this was helpful.
