For cleaning, use mild soap and water or 50/50 solution of vinegar and water. Polish dry with a soft cloth. The control knobs may be removed for easier cleaning. To clean the stainless steel surface, use warm sudsy water, paste of baking soda and water, or a stainless steel cleaner or polish. Always wipe the surface in the direction of the grain. Follow the cleaner instructions for cleaning the stainless steel surface. We recommend STAINLESS STEEL CLEANER & POLISHER PM10X311 and CitruShine Stainless Steel Wipes WX10X10007.
