A:  Yes this mirror will nice on a 34" vanity, you will have 6" on each side of mirror where vanity overhangs but this should not be an issue. These are beautifully made mirrors of the highest quality. The top of the D rings are 5 13/16" from the top of the mirror to the top of the D Ring assembly on the back of the mirror for these specific style of mirrors.
