Q:I have 2 of these fans mounted in separate rooms. When I use one remote it turns on both fans. Is there a way to put them on separate frequency/channels so each remote only runone fan

A:  Yes, you can have pair a single remote to each fan so they no longer interfere with each other. Instructions are on page 12 under "Learning Process". Video instructions can also be found here: https://youtu.be/WVZaqUWsDy4

    Q:Is it possible to turn the fan on without having the light come on? No matter if I use the power button or just the speed (+) button to turn on the fan, the light comes on. This is the case even if the light was turned off before turning off the power.

    A:  Unfortunately the remote control for this model was designed to activate the light whenever the fan is activated and cannot be changed.

        Q:Fan/light all of a sudden cut off and neither the switch nor the remote will cut them back on, I’ve tried to “learn” the fan again but the light does not flicker although the lights on the remote do, any ideas what could be wrong?

              A:  There is no specific brand or model downrod made for this fan, it is designed to work with downrods from sellers of your choice. Simply ensure you purchase a threaded downrod that has a 3/4 interior diameter (1 inch exterior, but most sellers go by the interior diameter).

                A:  For this fan you will only need a hot (black) and neutral (white) wire. You will also need a ground wire or ground screw on the outlet box (if box is properly grounded).

                    Q:Fan works but light does not come on anymore, please help. What should I be doing. We installed this fab July 2022 and the light was working but for the 6 months or more we have been without a light.

                    A:  If the light suddenly stopped working, you can try resetting the fan's programming. Simply turn off power to the fan from the wall switch or breaker for a few seconds, then restore power. Within 30 seconds of restoring power, press the "learn" button in the battery compartment of the remote. The fan should power on and the light should flash on and off to indicate it has been properly reset. If that does not resolve your issue, your light is covered by a 5 year manufacturer warranty. Simply contact customer service at 1-833-433-2671 to troubleshoot the cause and have replacement parts sent if needed.
