Q:I received this product and it does not have a nozzle/head? Product description says it has a 15' spray? How does that work?

A:  Thanks for your question about the Hunter spray sprinklers! This product is available in two different models. One model is the PROS-04-15A that has a 15’ radius adjustable arc nozzle factory installed on it, and the other model is the PROS-04 that is blank, which allows the user to select one of several models of nozzles that would best meet the needs. The nozzles are very easy to install, so the flush cap can be removed and the proper nozzle installed. Please let us know if we can be of help in any way. Thanks for choosing Hunter sprinklers!

    A:  Thanks for your question about the Hunter Pro-Spray sprinklers! No, this model of sprinkler is the standard, non-pressure regulated model that is most frequently used. The Pro-Spray PRS40 is similar looking model, except that it has a gray body cap for easy ID and an internal pressure regulator that limits the pressure through the nozzle to 40 PSI. On the non-pressure regulated model, the pressure can generally be reduced by partially closing the flow control stem that is on many models of the valves.

      A:  What ever brand it is.... if it says it's a 4" pop up or a 6" pop up sprinkler then that's what pops up. Now, the one that's pictured with the middle body stub out... that looks like the 6" pop up model. The main body is approximately 6" and inside is the 6" pop up part that come up & out.

      A:  Thanks for your question regarding the Hunter spray heads! Yes, you are correct! The nozzle does determine the radius of the spray and because this sprinkler does not have a nozzle it could be more than 15’ if a rotating stream nozzle was used.
