A:  Drue, We recommend that the foam sheet be kept between the two layers of the case to aid in keeping the tools in position.

      Q:As mentioned these tools have life time warranty .Red latches on the box are broken and box is also broken and that caused me loose some sockets in it. Can I get a new set as warranty?

      A:  Naeem, The cases are not covered by the Lifetime warranty. We do offer the red latchets as replacements if those become damaged as a courtesy. Our tool warranty does not cover the loss or theft of tools.

        Q:I have several of these sets but a lot of them are missing the red clips to close the case because they always fall off? Can I purchase the clips by themselves?

If something should happen to one of these tools you can simply walk into your local Home Depot store and they will replace the damaged item for you. Our team will work to get a replacement item shipped out to you ASAP.
