A:  Since the vertical posts have holes in them, it's simply a matter of putting short machine bolts with washers and nuts through the holes in each "leg" to hold them together.

A:  It's about 24" W x 48" L x 4" Deep. Basically the size of the shelves.

A:  The package that this storage rack comes in is about the length and width of the rack itself. I’d say the package is no bigger than 50in in length and 26 inches in Width. I will warn you though that the box is very heavy will probably need two people to lift it.

A:  Roughly 48" x 24" x 8", but it's pretty heavy.

A:  It is slightly bigger than the shelf dimension. Why not think about having it delivered by Home Depot?

A:  This is galvanized and very light weight. Mine has greying/discoloration right out of the box.

A:  The metal is galvanized so rust shouldn't be a problem. But I'd do something first about the moisture.

A:  hello Henry. Difficult to say as we don't know the exact circumstances. But our shelving is made for indoor use. Of course the material is galvanised so it could probably withstand some weather conditions, but no study has been done or guarantee can be given thanks and best regards

A:  dear Henry, the shelving is intented for indoor use. it may last if you put it outdoors since it is made of galvanised steel, but this is not guaranteed by Avasco best regards
