Q:Can this be used to seal leak in underground PVC pipe from outside? PVC Pipe to Sprinkler head is leaking underground and cannot lift it up without risk of other connections breaking - so no wrapping or access to inside parts. Thanks

A:  This will work only if you make the are dry and no water in that area for 24 hours.  You can use a PVC pipe cut in half like a C and weld that piece with PVC cement instead of using this product.  I am no plumbing expert but fixed few leaky pipes using these techniques.

A:  This is a hard bond. The water pressure may be too much for this to last. A Shark-bite is the best but like you posted hard to get the access.
