    Q:My railing will start at a corner post and go through one center post 12’ straight to a 90 degree corner to another 6’ of straight railing to an end post. Will this kit work? Thanks in advance!!

      A:  Hi Bill, we don't recommend bending the cable at the corner. Each run should have 1 kit, we have 10, 20, 30 and 50 ft kits and they come with cable cutters. If you need further assistance contact us, info@jakob-usa.com

          Q:Posts are all 4x4 PT. Will this kit work with these? Also do the corner posts have to be through drilled or is there an option that allows you to screw in the anchors? Thanks Mark

          A:  Thank you for contacting us, for a 4x4 post you need a longer end terminal.With this system yes, you have to drill trough your end post. If you would like to order a system to screw in the anchors, you can complete your purchase via Home Depot and send me an email with your order number with the specifications and we will prepare the railing system for you.                     Q:(Continued) like to install the same system. Only 3 sides, as one of the 30’ lengths is the house, so it would be 30’ 16’6” x 2 PLUS the two staircases. I would like the top and bottom and intermediate support system/posts amd a top “drink” rail in white aluminum with the SS cables (horizontal). How do i figure out what components and lengths to order, for a completely new installation ? Can I send a dimensional plan view to someone ? The 2 staircases are different heights. One has 4 risers, the other one has 8 risers. Is there anyone I can contact that can help me with this ? I KNOW its not an inexpensive rail system....!
