The type of fabric this machine can sew is determined by the number of layers, thickness, and texture. Prior to sewing we always recommend test stitching first, and referencing the Thread and Needle Chart located in the instruction manual.

A:  Yes, all Janome Machines come standard with a printed instruction Manual.

A:  Marie, while many Janome machines do have the ability to accept different currents, unfortunately this is not a dual voltage model.

A:  The Janome Arctic Teal Crystal machine comes with several included accessories, however, unfortunately, it does not come with thread. While all Janome Machines will accept a variety of threads, and specific thread type should be determined by the type of fabric and project you are working on, we recommend using a quality medium weight cotton thready to start.
