Q:I just installed mine for towels and when lifting the towel up off of the hook the whole piece slides off of the anchor plate. It would be nice if it came with a plug for the bottom once it is put onto the anchor, but it does not. Is there a solution?

A: A small dab of latex caulk will keep it in place. If/when you want to remove it, you’ll just need a little extra push to dislodge the bond.

Q:Can these be used directly on a wood door (i.e. the inside of a bathroom door)? Would I just have to use wood screws instead of the hardware included?

A: I have them for hanging keys at the front door and used anchors. I would recommend using something similar being that a bathroom door is hollow.
