A: Works great. Easy to assemble. You can use pellets, wood chips, or charcoal. It come with a pan that you can put whatever you like. My husband has over the years purchased 3 of these. He rather his gas smoker over the barbecue pit any day. Once you load the meat on it, you only have to check on it a couple of times, and the food is ready to eat. You don’t have to worry about the food catching on fire on the shelves. Nice Smoker!

Answer This Question
A: Not really wide, maybe 14 to 16 inches, or so. I've been using mine for about 8 years now and with 3 grills, the bottom one I wrap in tin foil to capture grease drips. SOO 2 grills and cook a good amount of food, including corn on the cob, peppers, onions. Works really seriously well for me. luck.

I just got this smoker and after finishing smoking and cooling the smoker, I tried to move it and a lot of water seeps from the seems (top and sides). It seems moisture gets trapped inside the walls? this can’t be normal? Right?

Answer This Question
A: As the smoker steams, moisture may be visible within the unit. The unit should be cleaned, dried, and oiled after use to ensure the metal remains conditioned and extends the life.

Q:Someone already asked but I did not see an answer. The product is supposed to have a valve/gauge to control the smoke, where is that at? Also, I would hope that the company would give some indicator what the temperature would be on the analog dial since I do not think we should have to experiment with the pieces of meat we are trying to smoke, right?
Also, is there some type of a recipe book that this product carries just to give us first timers an idea on how to do this and cooking time, etc.

Answer This Question
A: The only way to control temperature with this smoker is to experiment with the dial and check the thermometer.
by|Mar 31, 2021
A: On the analog unit, there is not an independent smoke system but, there is a wood chip tray that is heated by the main element, to produce smoke. The analog system is a standard, numberless Low-High dial, with a standard thermometer on the front door to adjust and align temperatures to the desired. Once food is added, you will need to readjust for the temperature lost with the cooler meat. Digital units have the technology to set a temperature and regain when heat is lost, if this style of technology interests you. Hundreds of recipes can be found on our website.
