A: SDS and SDS-Plus are interchangeable. SDS Max is different/larger shank.

A: I purchased these for concrete and stone, works great. For steel or metal, you want a diamond or carbide tip. plus i dont think you would use a hammer drill for that either.

A: These will work for concrete with rebar embedded in it, I wouldn't recommend for steel directly. There are specific bits for drilling steel alone.

A: I'm sure you can use those bits with the drill you mentioned, if you are able to tighten the chuck. Actually you only need straight spline bits for the 2804-20 drill which is what are made for your drill. Hope this helps you.

A: These bits cut through porcelain with ease…with the proper drill of course. I bought a Milwaukee D handle hammer drill after the struggle with my M18. Concrete block with ease I’m sure.

A: Not really. These are SDS Plus bits that require a special chuck like the rotary hammers. have on them.
