A:  Yes, the bottom has 4 small magnets that fit flush. They work great for placing the flashlight on a vertical work surface then pivoting the head to illuminate the work area.

A:  There is no "brick" provided. Use any standard USB charger...we even use a USB wall outlet.

A:  It is not provided. Only the cord. It's best to charge it in the car charger. I tried to charge it in a home 115 V wall receptive and flash light battery got too hot.

A:  Hi Johnny! Our 500 Lumens LED Pivoting Rechargeable Flashlight (2113-21) comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the lights. If during normal use the LED or LED Bulb fails, the part will be replaced free of charge.

A:  There is an LED on the side that goes from green to red when the battery is depleted.

A:  The flashlight case appears to be sealed so cannot tell what type of battery cell nor the size that is inside.

A:  The documents say the battery used is a LR03 / AAA x2. The 18650 battery is a lithium-ion cell classified by its 18mm x 65mm size, which is slightly larger than a AA battery.
