Q:Also, how well will a lid fit or does that just cause it to slide down more and be less cinched around the top? I think chlorine buckets might be better as they have a ridge around them for support about 2 inches from the top(maybe)? thanks

A: Worn over pants making sure pants are pushed down then putting knee pads on helps. Also wearing not too tight seems to help keep the pads in place.

A: Well you need to tie them with a strip from the pads to your belt

A: Make sure the thigh straps are not too tight as they will squeeze down your leg. Also tighten the lower strap snug around the top of your calf muscle. That's the best way ive found but frequently getting up and down will still cause slippage.

Answer This Question
A: There is an adjustable strap that goes around the bucket that can be cinched tight. This strap goes over where the handles attach to the bucket so it can't slide down. I have not had any issues with the bucket organizer sliding down.
