                        Q:Where is the shoulder strap that is clearly written in the product description? I did not get one. It?s the same thing with the m12 fuel circ saw and its rip fence, claims to be included but isn?t.

                            A:  No. It only has a straight end. The end is removable if you needed to change it. The tip is standard and the hose is removable too. If you wanted a different length or flexibility. The factory arrangement works for me. All my zirks are easily accessible.

                                  A:  The greese gun comes with a normal coupler. The coupler is easily taken off to attach different assortment of tips. I have no problem switching out the coupler to a needle point tip in a minute or two.

                                            A:  Hose is relatively long and seems to work fine unfortunately mine has stopped pumping grease I have primed several times and still will not work I have even packed grease around plunger doesn't build pressure any more.
