A: They interlock, but if the subsurface is UN even, you may want to screw them down to make them level

A: Just slot them together. As long as the surface is flat they won't be unstable. I bought a rubber mallet thinking I would have to knock them into place but in the end I didn't use it as it was enough to press the edges together by hand.

A: Not sure what TPO roofing is, however, if it is flat, then yes.
You can lay this on any solid serf ace even if there are small uneven areas.
There is some flexibility in each tile

A: First make sure your frame work is solid, not rotting.
Second make sure any top boards that are loose, re-screw.
Start from the front of your deck and work back, this keeps cut pieces less visible.

A: No special tools are needed, unless you are going to be cutting. To cut tile, we recommend using a saw and then smooth down with sand paper.

A: Thars what I did.Did not want to strip my top boards off.
Just make sure your substructure is good.
Saved 10,000 dollars.

A: Depends on the substrate, they are fairly light so should not compromise the structural weight rating of the roof.
