Q:Why on earth is the track so wide the bolt head can spin freely all the way around? The entire purpose of the elongated bolt head is so it doesn't do this.

            Q:Is this supposed to sit on top of the tile floor? You have it shown that way in one of the pictures. But the rim of the flange is 1/2? height. Wouldn?t that be more than the 1/4? height the flange has to be?

              Q:My pipe is ABS. There is an ABS version for ~$10 more but since there is no bonding, can I just use this PVC part? Any reason to pay more for ABS?

              A:  The PVC Twist and Set can be used with ABS since there is no solvent welding being done.

                Q:Install is on tile floor around the flange. Do I need to drill into the tile to secure the flange? If so do I need to purchase screws separate to attach?

                A:  This product would need to be secured through to the subfloor. You would need to drill through the tile to do this and purchase screw separately to do so.

                      A:  The flange needs to be screwed into the floor. The no tool's part refers to where the flange connects to the existing pipe.

                        A:  We do not have a specific screw recommendation. A wood screw that is long enough to pass through in to the subfloor would be needed.
