A:  Literally there is no 5 pack I have gone round and round with the store and online customer service(for over 4 hours). I got to the store to pick up the 5 pack i ordered and got 1 pack because "the 1 pack model number is what matches the order"

A:  I just received a pack size of 5. This comes as a shrink wrapped unit with 5 individual bags compressed together. This is how the manufacturer packages them in units of 5 bags to take up less shipping volume. 10 bags fit on a pallet stacked two levels.
