Q:My current faucet tends to loosen up and I like the idea of this one. If I need to re-tighten this model how do I remove the head to re-tighten with the supplied tool?

Answer This Question
A: You will need to remove the spray head along with the hose and spout. There is a catch on the back of the spout that is holding it securely onto the faucet base. Below is a link to the installation guide for the Ladera faucet so you can see how the spout was attached and the maintenance guide to see how the hose is removed. Please refer to page 5, "Install Spout," on the installation instructions, and then “Hose Removal” on the 3rd page of the maintenance guide.

Q:Do you have to hold the button down for the spray option, or is it a toggle so you can let go and it will keep spraying?

Answer This Question
A: No, you don't need to hold the button down in spray mode. You just toggle the button to spray mode, and it stays in the spray until you toggle it back to stream or turn the water off, and it will revert back to stream mode.
