Q:Hi, I would like to buy RIDGID 600 Heave Duty Bender to bend 10mm stainless steel tubes. However, I'm located in Europe and it seems like all of sellers of this equipment are located in US. Have you got a distributor in Europe, that would ship it to me?

A: If the copper is type K, yes it can be bent.
I’ve Never had success with L on 1-1/2 radius, needs a wider radius or will rip.

Q:For the series 600 tube bender, are the rollers and die contacting the stainless tube also made of stainless steel? This is for a sanitary application. Thanks

Answer This Question
A: The bend and rollers are not stainless, that doesn’t mean you can’t use them in sanitary applications. For 1, there is no abrasion of the steel on stainless because of the rollers. 2nd, any artifacts are easily polished off with scotch pad, except the 1/4” bender where the lock levers contact area is a bit small in my opinion, it needs lightly sanded with 220 grit, then scotch pad, then acetone (technical grade). If the concern is for salt water, di water, or other corrosive/oxidizing environments, its best to pickle paste and electro-passivate after bending. I’m personably unaware of any 100% stainless benders with rollers.
