A: No. Absolutely not! The RYOBI ONE+ Lithium-Ion Dual Platform Charger for 18-Volt ONE+ and 40-Volt Batteries may be a dual charger but that doesn’t insinuate the batteries interchange between tools. I have No Idea how you refer this to the portable water washer.

A: Hi Rey, the RYOBI ONE+ Lithium-Ion Dual Platform Charger for 18-Volt ONE+ and 40-Volt Batteries P137 can charge two different battery voltages, but the tools have to be operated by their respective voltage. The RYOBI 18 Volt batteries cannot be used in the RYOBI 40 Volt tools. I hope this helps and thanks for reaching out to us! - Eve

A: Hi Brett! There are several factors that determine how long it will take to charge a battery. Those are the temperature of the battery, how deeply discharged the battery is, the amp hour of the battery and the age of the battery. Because of those variables we are unable to give definite charge times. Thanks for asking! - Eve

Q:Description says it "charges and maintains" the batteries. So the batteries can be left on after charging until needed, like the dual-chemistry chargers, without worrying about overcharging, overheating or causing any damage?

A: Hello George! Great question. The charger will periodically wake from standby mode to
ensure the battery pack remains in a fully charged state until ready to use for that project. We do not recommend leaving the battery and charger plugged in at all times. Disconnect charger from the power supply when not in use. This will reduce the risk of electric shock or damage to the charger if metal items should fall into the opening. It also will help prevent damage to the charger during a
power surge. Thanks for reaching out to us! -Eve
