A: Hi Stephan, unfortunately, the Homedepot.com is unable to ship to international destinations, PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time and are only able to ship to the 48 contiguous states and a limited selection of products can be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. However, we do offer a program through a selection of our Home Depot stores that offer import/export services for products. Q:Your specs indicate that the unit comes with 25' of cable and copper tubing to connect the out door unit to the indoor unit. My indoor unit is approx. 37' from the out door unit. How do I make that work. What is involved in adding on to the 25' that comes with the unit to reach my indoor unit.

Q:During installation one of the freon lines was not tightened correctly and when we started the unit oil started dripping from the inside unit. We took it off the bracket, tightened the fittings and cleaned up the oil as much as we could, but there is still a small drip coming out of the seam that goes around the middle of the unit. Is there a way to take off that front section of the plastic cover to clean up any residual oil that may be there to make sure we don't still have a leak?
