A:  it has overlapping doors with the eye hole to add a padlock , but it is made of plastic, so i doubt that it would be enough if someone really wanted to get in.

A:  Yes, there is a place for a padlock to be inserted but the eye is just plastic so someone could twist the lock off pretty easily.

A:  No, hasp for lock is loose, difficult to close, let alone lock.

A:  It has a hook for a lock. I got a lock from my dad to use (standard size; it works great). In fact, I think it was the lock I used for my locker in high school. LOL

A:  28.5" long x 4" wide. You have to make you own shelves.

A:  Exterior base width is 31 inches, max height is 6 feet, base depth is 25.5 inches.

A:  Yes it can probably be mounted to the ground or up against the side maybe anchor the top too. Not sure if you can anchor back panels. I loaded mine that made it heavy and against another large Big Mac shed

A:  Thank you for your interest in our products! Rubbermaid does not recommend putting the 2 ft. x 2 ft. Vertical Storage Shed or any of their sheds in direct sunlight. Rubbermaid recommends placing your shed in a mostly shady area, to ensure the shed will last for many, many years.

A:  No, the shelves need to be cut to a particular shape from 1x10 lumber. I used wider lumber by cutting a notch a couple inches in on each side of the front to overhang past 9.25in. See shelf drawing attached
