Questions and Answers for Shark Touch-Free Dirt Grip Washable Pad

A:  We would like to let you know to attach the Dirt Grip pad onto the unit, spread the pad on the floor with the pocket side up. Center the Genius Mop Head above the pad, then press the pad release button on the back of the Steam Mop body. Both sides of the Genius Mop Head will drop open. Slip the Genius Mop Head’s four corner tabs into the four corner pockets of the pad and Gently press one side of the Genius Mop Head to the floor until that side clicks into place. Repeat on the other side.

A:  We would like to let you know that this has one pad in the package.

A:  They are washable, and go in the machine. I’ve been using mine for quite awhile, but I bought several. The steamer cleans floors, especially tile floors, extra well. This means that the pads need to be changed once if you are doing a large area. You will see dirt you didn’t even know was there.

A:  Hello Monica, For best cleaning results, we recommend replacing the Touch-Free Dirt Grip™ Washable Pads once every 3 to 4 months with normal use. A:  I can only get 1 use. I have brick and hardwood floors.

A:  I wash and reuse it, so I haven't had to throw it away yet. I clean professionally and use them frequently.

A:  I guess depending on how dirty the floors are. I usually use the pad twice before throwing the pad in the wash

A:  Hello! It comes with two pads in the box. I also went ahead and purchased an extra box of two just to have on hand.

A:  There aren't any in stock near me, so I can't POSITIVELY confirm, but they match what comes with the Shark Genius Steam Mop (and I'm desperately trying to find some!!).
