Q:what is the purpose of spraying soap water?

Spraying the soap water solution will allow you to slide the tiles in their right position before the adhesive completely does its effects on your wall.     Q:If I purchase ONE (1), the description says it will cover 29.61 X 30.47 area. But down the page in the description it says that the tiles are 12 X 12 each, (1) tile per case. So do I have to purchase enough to fill the backsplash OR is it all included in the box? HELP!
