Q:What is the breakdown on the stainless steel by shelf? Is it 18/10 (or 316 - which indicates 18 percent chromium & 10 percent nickel) OR 18/8 (304 - which indicates 18 percent chromium & 8 percent nickel )? Please describe clearly so that I can make an informed decision. I believe that all manufacturers should state clearly in their product offering the type of stainless and the gauge of their products so consumers will not be confused and can get the best value and quality that they can afford. Otherwise, manufacturers are disingenuous.

A:  Thank you for your interest in TRINITY products! The stainless steel is a proprietary stainless steel and is comparable to SS304 in the following ways: corrosion resistance, type (Austenitic), non-magnetic, tensile strength (75 ksi), elongation (40%) and hardness (95).     A:  it's stainless steel. bought it for my house. no idea on the percentage. it was under $200 so that worked.

          A:  I don’t know. We put wool furniture casters under our table legs so that we can easily slide the table around the kitchen.
