The TrafficMaster Peel and Stick Vinyl Tile are only sold by the carton and not by the piece, so unfortunately, you will have to purchase a complete carton. A:  Hello Randy and thank you for your question. The TrafficMaster 12"x 12" Peel and Stick Ash Blended Slate Vinyl Tile is not groutable. If you are looking for a groutable vinyl tile, then we would suggest looking at a larger format peel and stick in either 12" x 24" and/or an 18" x 18" which have the slight micro bevel/rolled edge that are groutable. Unfortunately, the TrafficMaster Peel and Stick Vinyl Tile cannot be installed on OSB (oriented strand board) as it will not get proper adhesion, plus it will also void the manufacturer's product warranty. The recommended subfloors that it can be installed over are: concrete, underlayment grade plywood, and/or properly prepared resilient flooring. A:  Hello - thank you for your inquiry. The TrafficMaster vinyl peel & stick tiles are designed for a flooring application. Technically, they could be placed / installed onto a table surface. The TrafficMaster Ash Blended Slate Peel and Stick should be installed in an environment with a maintained temperature between 55 - 85 degrees Fahrenheit, and should never be installed in outdoor locations such as solariums, porches, sun rooms, or garages as it will void the manufacturer's product warranty. However, if the inside temperature remains above 55 degrees Fahrenheit, the flooring should hold up alright in that environment. A:  Hello K8869 - thank you for your inquiry. We wouldn't be able to advise if this is a practical installation method. The tiles are designed and meant to be installed on a flat, horizontal flooring surface. The pressure sensitive adhesive on the back of the tiles would more than likely not adhere in a curved application. I imagine the tiles would need to be heated to take the curve of the wall. Also, going outside the recommended manufacturer's installation instructions would void the warranty. Thank You -
