Q:Can I brush additional coats of polyurethane on after I use spray polyurethane for initial coat. Both are water based?

A: Thank you for reaching out. Yes, our Rust-Oleum Varathane Water-Based Brush-On Polyurethane can be applied over the aerosol version of the same product. We recommend allowing the spray to fully cure for at least 3 days before top coating.

A: I bought it for finishing inside of sink made from bamboo.
1. Dries fast
2. Water proof (chips to easy)
3. Tuff / Brittle
I ended up using boat epoxy,,, looks good and bullet proof.
