Answer This Question
A: The amount needed to kill a mouse or rat will vary greatly based on how much they eat, how large they are, etc., but generally it is a multi-feed active ingredient, meaning the rodent must feed multiple times before it will kill. It will most likely take a few days to kill the rodent.

A: I don't know. The blocks are eaten, and I have seen mice that appear to be drunk (neurologic poison) and dead ones. However, the ones I find are few in number compared to those that are taking the poison. I believe most go back to their hiding places to die. I try to mainly bait outside or in the garage and it has reduced greatly the number of mice in my home. I also throw blocks up into my drainage pipes during the dry months.
