    A:  Thank you for reaching out to us. HVLP Sprayer such as the Flexio 3000 has higher transfer efficiency rate of about 60% to 80%. This means the material coming out of your nozzle to the panel and the rest will be in the air. It is also depending on your air power adjustment and the how much the material is coming out at that time.               A:  We don't suggest it, the flash point is 80F and our tools require a minimum of 100F for safety.

                A:  We don't suggest using this paint with our sprayers. It contains xylene and they suggest xylene for cleaning. This will damage the sprayer seals, gaskets and the plastic itself. Only water or oil based materials that can clean up with water or mineral spirits should be used with the Flexio sprayers. Contact us for more help at 1-800-328-8251.

                      Q:I need a sprayer to apply stain to a wood fence. I'm assuming stains are oil based. Will this sprayer work for that? If not, do you have a recommendation as to what I can use? Thank you.

                      A:  Stains are not all oil based, make sure you know what you get. Water based materials thin and clean up with water. Oil based materials thin and clean up with mineral spirits. The Flexio 3000 is an excellent choice because you can use the iSpray nozzle with solid color stain on your fence or you can use the Detail Finish nozzle with semi-transparent stain on your cabinets.
