Q:This says it's "adjustable" but does that really mean the water flow can be set higher and lower? If so, what is the flow rate at the lower setting?

A: The trickle setting can be attained by turning the spray dial fully clockwise. This reduces flowrate to approximately 1 GPM.

Q:Can I adjust the shower up or down? I installed it but now the it is too high where if I turn it on, it will spray to the front of my bathtub instead of in the middle? I tried to adjust it but it won't budge. Do I need to loosen something??

A: There is a pivot ball in there. So you might need to loosen it a little so it can move. But it is possible the pipe coming out of the wall is not quite right.
