Q:Hi. I recently purchased a house from a cigarette/cigar smoker. I have cleaned primed painted the walls. Replaced fixtures. Still smell a cigarette odor. Like stale cigarettes. The floors are old hardwood. Would this product help seal the floors?

    A:  This is NOT A cleaner,and CAN’T  be used as cleaner.This product gives your floor a beautiful shine,it’s like waxing floor after you clean it.

        Q:What is the specific difference between Hardwood and Laminate Floor refinisher and Hardwood & Laminate and Floor cleaner? I was using the refinisher on my brand new laminate floors and worked out perfectly cleaning and providing a two week shine. When the store stop carrying the refinisher, I purchased the Zep floor cleaner and it never gave the same look.
