Made the perfect frame for my 31x47 inch canvas

For some reason the boards in this size at my Home Depot are significantly worse than some of the wider sizes. So many are shaped like hockey sticks, or would be good as the base of a rocking chair, that you are lucky to find one reasonably straight one in 20 boards. Some are so bad that I don’t understand why they were even put out - see pics for example.

Ordered online and had store personnel donthe shopping for me. I will never do that again. They need better quality control when picking things up for customers. This was horrible.

Used this for shelf facing in a storage room. Easy to work with and holds up great! All other parts of the shelving are home depot products as well.

I purchased these to help build a shoe rack. The boards were not perfectly straight but for my application, that didn’t matter as they were being cut into small pieces. These boards cut well and did not splinter or split on the table saw. I rounded the edges with a router and then sanded them smooth. I eve pre-drilled holes and countersunk screws in them. They did what I expected them to do and the shoe rack came out looking good.

This is a cheep way to create a spacer between two different parts. It has many uses. However, be carful while handling it. That is because the square edges can have lifted splinters that will bite you. Whirring gloves is recommended.

The customers' ability to custom cut it at site is a good feature.

Wood was usually devoid of imperfections, so there was less waste. Will always consider Home Depot for wood needs. Have for many many years now.

Excellent product, love it

This bunk of 1x2 was straighter than usual, but it still had serious issues with knots (one stick broke in half at a knot just removing it from rack). Other checks and knots mandated sacrificing sections of the stick. This meant buying 20% more 1x2 than needed, just to make up for bad lumber sections.

Good straight boards

It was fine. Strapping for a minor project, actually. It split in one part, and the pieces were not of uniform size or dimension, but we made it work.

Horrible wood. almost all were warped some so much I had to throw them away. will never buy this product from you again

Very knotty and even the straightest ones had a warp to them. They worked as I had to have them asap. Will probably by from a local yard next time

Nice straight board , nice clean edges

Used for a welping box for our puppies worked out great
