Good tool for masking
I grabbed it off the shelf, took it home, busted it out and i didn’t have the blade, included. I was somewhat dissapointed, but yet was okay with the fact that i could get by with a razor blade. Will purchase the blade next visit to HOME DEPOT.
I have purchased many of the dispensers in the past, still have them in my tool box in Michigan. I am in Arizona now, so have another one!

This product rocked once I cut off the edge guard....
This product rocked once I cut off the edge guard.
Edge guard is too strong and will not cut tape or thin film plastic.

Expensive $71.00 dollar tool
does not come with the Cutting blade.

No blades were available at HD so I had to...
No blades were available at HD so I had to go to Ace and buy a Scotch masker that came with a blade

The idea is good. But the whole system is so...
The idea is good. But the whole system is so finicky. The tape doesn’t like to follow the same path as the plastic roll. The thing is expensive too. Just buy the 3M pre taped plastic rolls. Forget this whole handheld thing.

Blade Sold Separately!!
Bought this tool only to find out that the blade is sold separately!! In all for $90 -100 when its all said and done, not it.

Useless without a blade

Great idea, poor function
Tape kept coming off the paper. Ended up just using the tool to rip pap lengths. In hindsight, i would have never made the purchase.

What I don’t like about this masker is it does...
What I don’t like about this masker is it does not have serrations to cut the paper when you are masking which sometimes made it get tangled up with tape when you try and break off a sheet of masking paper. For the price it should include this.
