Poor design!
Bought this water fountain, not expecting much as I've had similar fountains in the past. This fountain could not even be assembled because the pre-assembled hose for the pump is in the way of attaching the pump housing to the bowl. Horrible design! Returned it immediately!

Looks really good…but
Tough to assemble, went to YouTube for help. The pump placement is not described well. Once it’s up, looks good but isn’t straight. No way to tighten pieces so they look right. Will keep it hoping it grows on me, but for $$, wouldn’t buy it again

Not working pump: had answer 100 questions, and submitted a bunch of photos, just to prove I bought it: still waiting for 2 weeks if the will replace the unit, it didn’t take me so long buy this product, and to prove the purchase is a them headache.

The unit's construction is plastic that is screwed together giving it a problem to level. The worst feature is the way the pump connects to the unit as they don't supply a THIN wrench to expand the seal. It took me the better part of 45 minutes to get it together...my unit had a frozen shaft nut which caused most of the problem. They use a after market pump that seemed to fit the manufacturer's needs to push it out the door. But works fine so far with .375 wood shims to level it.

This birdbath is very nice once it’s constructed the tiers are a little flimsy but once you tighten it down, it performs well the directions are not correct on how to assemble. I watched a YouTube video.

Water Fointain/Birdbath
It's adorable. Easy to assemble. Great color. Hope it cools down the hot birds in this heat wave.
I did move it to a different location. One bird visited it on my back patio but I felt it was too exposed. Now, it's in the front of the house under a bush.

I’m loving this so far. It was difficult for me to put together by myself because it was awkward trying to position and attach the motor to base. The cord is much shorter than I thought. It’s pleasant sitting outside listening to the fountain. I would have given it a 5 star rating except I had yo get my neighbor to helo finish assembly.
