Oem replacement. Easy installation.

Great product but would have liked bought only the latch assembly and not a whole kit of parts.

The same as the original except the locking mechanism is easier to use.

Easy to install as a replacement of an older similar one. I did have to use my metal grinder drill bit on the frame hitch to allow for the lock to function, when installed in the previously drilled holes. But it wasn’t difficult and took about three minutes to install.

If it was excellent wouldn't have to buy it for the 2nd time.

It was easy and very nice quality

The old one was made in Minnesota, the new one China of course. The finish is different. I can’t get the outside handle flush. The screw guides are narrow, can’t get handle tight enough. Moves very slightly when it’s opened. Another Once great product now made in China

Not fancy but works great and looks nice. So glad I went with this option which was about 1/4 the price of some of the other handles!

Defective, called Andersen they say it’s a common issue have to return and pray won’t get another one with an issue.

We took the old one out and installed the new one without any problems. Works great!

I've had the door for about 12 years and this is the 3rd Hardware set I've had to purchase. I only need the lock but they don't sell just that. To top it off, it's a special order because I need one in Stone not White.

We only needed one part included. So we had to purchase the entire kit.

Part was exactly as described and resolve my issue with the Handle. The only reason I am giving it a 4 is that I was hoping that the parts were interchangeable with my old handle set so I would have some spare part down the road. The problem I ran into is that the bolt diameter is smaller on the new handle than what the old handle had.

Easy to assemble, this was replace the old one.

Everything was as advertised. It replaced my damaged lock perfectly. It arrived in a timely manner, and was decently priced.

It installed in less than 5 minutes and looks great
