I purchased this last year to install bug screen in a 14x14 screen house I built. Was able to finish one 54x90 opening ( attaching screen to 1x2 pine boards before it started misfiring, jamming and not working ! Read the manual carefully and tried again, no luck. Finally finished the screen house with a manual arrow stapler. Pulled it out again this spring to give it another shot and the same thing. How the heck do you correct this crap ? Thid stapler is useless, any help would be appreciated before I throw it in the trash and buy another brand.

Extremely satisfied with this product overall performance was great made the job a lot easier than a hand stapler or an electric stapler definitely would recommend this product. Easy to load an easy on your wallet..

This was a life saving purchase with unbelievable results! I could not believe how well it worked out on my boat project. Would give this staple gun a "10"!

While it did do an adequate job stapling upholstery to the chair base, it did have quite a few ‘misfires’ in not shooting staples.

This was exactly what I needed for the project I was working on. Staples went into the MDF I was using with ease. Sturdy, and heavy product. Well made.

Bought 1 used, did not get 5000 staples through it and it quit functioning, had to buy 2nd one. At about same level of staples, still working though.

Had bought the Arrow electric stapler first and it did not work at all and had to return it and then purchased the pneumatic stapler. This is not normal for Arrow products which I have used for years.

I'm new to using a stapler but this is not what I expected, it jammed too often for me.

Works great. More consistent staple application than my manual Arrow staple gun.

The release lever for the spring loaded slide mechanism is in the worst spot it could possibly be. It constantly hits something making the slide spring open and spilling staples all over the place. Absolutely a horrible design and if it wasn't so cheap I'd return it. Had to take a carabiner and use it to lock the release lever in place. Buy a different unit.

Sometimes feels/sounds like it popped a staple in, but no staple-when upholstering, which is what I got it for, you are stapling where you cannot see-it's really difficult to get it exactly square and it won't staple unless it is square and the tip is depressed evenly.

Enough power to seat the staples and secure whatever material you are working with. It's lightweight so even large projects do not create fatigue in your hand or arm.

Bought this because it had decent reviews and I wanted a cheaper staple gun as I start out my upholstery business- bad move. The safety tip makes it difficult to reach certain areas and prevents you from being able to slide the gun and shoot staples quickly. Could be a decent gun if you just use it here and there for hobbies and don’t want an expensive gun, but I would not recommend for anyone doing upholstery on a regular basis or professionally.
