We haven't used the hot water yet but so far the cold water is awesome, and it's saving us a ton of plastic that we used to have recycle when we were drinking water from plastic bottles. It's worth every cent!

We live where our water is well water. This has been perfect for our new house! Really love the hot and cold features.

The water is really cold which is great and the water gets really hot! I love drinking tea in the morning and this makes getting ready in the morning easy!

I liked the look of the dispenser, it was to bad it cam damaged and had to be returned. Had a crease in the side panel close to where the latch was, hard to even get the door open.

So far we love it. And it is easy for our 6 and 7 year old to use to get their own water!

I've had the product for a week and am pleased with the performance. Set up was well explained and easy. The hot water is hot and the cold water is cold and instantaneous. Cleaning is easy. I wish the tray was a little wider to accommodate larger glasses and pots.

Very poorly constructed and it will break soon due to the materials of construction.

Great instruction manual. Quiet. Well made. Delivery via FED-X was excellent with not even a mark on the carton and well protected/padded inside. Arrived 2 days ahead of estimated delivery date.

We love this unit. It matches our Stainless-Steel appliances in our kitchen. Have not used the hot function yet but the cold function works great! The bottom load is a great feature for us.
