Overall it does what it's supposed to do except for the dryer. The hot air dryer is not strong enough and you still need to use toilet paper to dry yourself.

The seat hole is very small. Not made for men but it’s great for regular size women and kids

I purchased this bidet because I had lumbar surgery and it made life so much easier. I love the lighted bowl and the comfortability of the seat especially the heated function. It was a good deal for the money and our handyman had no problem installing it. The only thing I have issue with is I wish the controls was more visible from the seat should be out further and up further because it's hard to see. I think it was a very good buy and I'm satisfied with its performance.

Rating based on fact that product was defective. HOWEVER, BioBidet support has been nothing but responsive & cooperative in helping resolve it. Still waiting on final resolution, and never faced any tech issues with 4 other BB models I’ve bought over the last 6 yrs.

Great product. Everyone should have one. I do recommend watching an instalation video on YouTube. Will save a lot of time and possible confusion.

The Bio Bidet HD7000 is an excellent purchase. I performs exactly as expected, with temperature controls on water, seat, and drying, and with several settings. Installation was not terribly difficult. The most difficult aspect was installing the T adapter to the toilet water input and getting a shorter flex tube to attach to the toilet. The seat attaches to the toilet by means of a bracket that mounts through the toilet seat holes. The seat slides into the bracket, and can be released by pushing a button. Very nice to have a warm seat on a cold night.

Purchased the bidet a month ago. It was easy to install and it’s very efficient. However, it could be a little quieter and the option to turn off the blue light would have been nice. The packaging was in perfect condition.

Works as expected. The only minor suggestion I have is to make letters on control panel a bit more visible.

It does what it says it does, it’s nice to sit on a warm seat also. Very impressed.

This bidet seat has great features, is comfortable and easy to use. I’ve only had it for a week but no regrets so far and it met my expectations.

Love the way it cleans, however it doesn’t quite fit my toilet. I don’t like the fact it does not have remote control,but I am getting used to using the side bar. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now. It was delivered in perfect condition. Happy about that. Loving the heated seat and the water temperature control.

Absolutely phenomenal. A must have. Everyone should own one. Wish I had bought it sooner.

It took a little longer to arrive than expected, but in the overall was good, I am satisfied.

The product says for Round toilets but this is very inaccurate. This does not fit and was very disappointing to find out.

This is a replacement from one my husband broke by plopping down on it too many times. However, I wanted the same one again because I love the many features…water temperature, seat temperature, lighted bowl (a great night light), and a moving water source.

A big improvement in the quality of life! I took me an hour to install, with no hiccups other than figuring out how to get the rubber gaskets/fittings into the toilet's mounting/screw holes (I ended up using the point of a wooden ruler - pounding it in with a rubber mallet didn't work). All the parts were included. Made in Korea.

This is our third Bio Bidet, same model. We love it!

Awesome product! Never thought about using one of these until someone tolde they were life changing. After 5 uses, I don’t want to use the restroom anywhere else but MY toilet!
