I screened my floors and applied 3 cats of the Bona. Came out superior.

I first used this product six months ago. After vacuuming the wood surfaces, then cleaning them ( both with the floor cleaner and rinse mop), I let the floors thoroughly dry (very important), I applied the high gloss polish. It won’t down easy in long strokes with a microfiber sweeper mop. The finish was beautiful and lasted for six months. I repeated the process six months later and it went down even easier. A bit expensive, but totally worth it.

I have about 2,000 ft² of hardwood floors in my house so I just did this one breakfast nook in my kitchen. These pictures are completely dried (4 hrs)not still wet.

Works pretty well on undamaged finishes. Was hoping to restore the shine to a finish that was damaged by urine however it did not. Very easy to put down and quick to dry.

Just used this. Floors looks beautiful. My wood was dry and wearing. I was hesitant because of the negative reviews, but glad I tried for myself! I cleaned my floors first with wood cleaner. Then applied the hardwood polish.

Did everything according to the Bona instructions (sweep, clean with Bona hardwood cleaner, wait the required amount of time and then polish - all with the recommended Bona mop/pad) and ended up with horrific results. Somehow this polish has managed to leave circular spots UNDER the polish and they are not removable. See pictures to judge for yourself. Floor is completely ruined and will need professional fixing. GARBAGE PRODUCT.

My floors are old and had been sanded as much as tolerable. I was extremely unhappy with them and didn't know what to do. I first was using Bona Floor Cleaner and really liked it. Then I saw the Bona Floor Polish and decided to try it. I think the trick is to first get the floors really really clean. Cleaned them with a good cleaner first then the Bona cleaner. Let dry thoroughly. Then apply the Bona Floor Polish. As you can see from pictures a total transformation!! I'm happy now!

Purchased house and unsure of what previous owners used. Decided on a thorough cleaning using Bona Cleaner, which removed all gunk and layered products. Left floors smooth clean and foggy as expected. Preceded with the Bona Polish to bring out the shine and layer of protection. Nearly four months later, shine is still there. I feel some people use a cleaner and expect a polish shine. A misunderstanding on use and expectations.

I did everything as directed and ruined my floors. It left a milky while residue that I had to hire a professional service to remove and get back to they way it was before. It’s as if I stepped in while powder than ran all over my house. It’s horrible! The best part, whatever residue was on the floor would track from your socks or feet to the tile floors and those had to be professionally cleaned to get that off also.

Lots of sheet rock dust because of renovations. I used Bona cleaner (what our contractor recommended) and it has always cleaned, but today my shine was gone just had a haze. I looked up Bona high gloss polish and read the reviews. I saw about half good and half really bad. With my new floors I was nervous about using the polish so we called our contractor who said "Yes". So glad we called him. The floors look amazing. We followed the instructions on the bottle, took about 1/3 of the bottle, and used a Bona micro pad. So happy!

I've been using this product for years on my engineered hardwood floors and I love it. Won't use anything else!

This product is absolutely wonderful the results are spectacular and if it cost a little less I would rate it five stars

This polisher has been a life-saver, I have tried endless products to get my floors to shine without high dry times and lasts for 5 days or more...THIS IS IT. I will never go back, trust me if you purchase you will not be disappointed It also doesn’t make the floors slippery ( we have a pooch) which I love.

It's only been 12 hours since I applied it and I think it looks really good so far. Can't comment on durability as it's not even fully cured yet. I discovered this hardwood under old carpet when I purchased this 60 something year old house and had it sanded down and refinished more than 10 years ago. It was beginning to show its age so I decided to give this product a try. It's all about making sure that your floor is well prepped before applying this stuff. I used Bona hardwood deep clean first before applying the polish.I just love the rich colour and clarity in my floor. Will update should anything strange happen after curing. Just to be clear, I don't think this product hides any deep scratches or dents or abuse. I just take very good care of my floors so that also helps. If you destroy your floors, there won't any liquid miracles to help you with that. haha

I bought it to restore the shine to my hardwood floor after I clean my floor with Bona cleaner

Restored my hardwood engineered flooring back to the original shine it once had. We had 2 areas of heavy wear which our rolling chairs had worn the finish away from, but this seems to have brought new life back to the floor again. What's great is that it doesn't smell bad and take long to dry either. Just take the time to make sure the floor is very clean before applying it, go with the grain of the wood, and let it dry thoroughly for a nice finish.

Recently closed on a new home. Pre-move cleaning revealed that the newly stained hardwood oak floors weren't looking quite a new as I would have liked for new construction. So I purchased the mop, microfiber pads, and the high gloss floor polish. After two coat, the floors look absolutely amazing! SO HAPPY!!!

When applied as directed the polish delivers as promised.

I follow every instruction and saw a lot of videos before putting this awful product on my floor! Now it looks dirty, cloudy, sticky and ruined! If anyone knows how to remove it I would appreciate it

Does it make hardwood floor shinning? Yes but you have to apply it in one stroke otherwise you get residues flaking off your hardwood floor. What happens if weeks after you applied polish you tried to mop your hardwood with product from same brand name (bona)? Disgusting peeling off of the polish residue, making your hardwood floor worse off than ever. Apparently, you have to buy a bona polish removal to remove this disgusting residue, which I wish I knew about before buying and applying the bona polish in the first place. I wish I had a review like mine before using this product, I would have stayed cleared from it. DO NOT BUY!!!

My floors are over 100 years old and I won’t use anything but Bona in between sanding or refinishings, I LOVE IT!

I bought this product and could not wait to see my floor look like new again. I read and followed all directions. I cleaned the floor with Bona cleaner (which I love) and then applied liberally in small sections. I did one room just to see how it turned out as the small spot I did seemed fine. I'm so glad I did because I will NEVER use this product again. You can see the exact spots where I stopped. There is now a cloudy residue all over the floor. I would NOT recommend this product at all!

When we first moved in to our house, I used the Swiffer Spray Wet Mop for hardwood floors in the office (pictured below). I have very shiny glossy finished floors. The Swiffer cleaner literally took the gloss off the floors in those two rooms. I was devastated and didn't use that cleaner again. A friend of the family (who owns a flooring company) suggested we try Bona Hardwood Floor Cleaner, and I bought the high gloss polish to try as well. My husband I went out and bought some today and did this room a few hours ago. I am so please and excited to say that those products have fixed the mess that the other cheaper cleaner did and I thought ruined my floor. This is the after picture and I will never ever use any other products again. For 8 months I have tried other products and thought my beautiful floors were ruined! My beautiful glossy finish is back! Bona products are the way to go!!

Comsistent with many of the other reviews I have used Bona products to clean my wood floors for years. I am getting ready to sell the house so I decided to try the polish to add some shine to the floors. Bad idea! As you can see in the photo the floors look bad, really bad. Followed the instructions and ended up with a big mess. Hopefully there is a way to lift this off my floors.

I have newer dark hardwood floors and used this polish to get rid of some of the scratches. I followed the instructions on the bottle and so far it looks great. In application you need to make sure you are applying a good amount of the polish to keep the applicator soaked. I made sure I did the sweeping motion with the grain and tried not to pull the applicator off the floor as much as possible. Before application I swept and thoroughly cleaned the floor.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. I have been using the product for two months and love the results. While not an extremely high gloss, it does gloss enough to see that there is one and shows the beauty of the wood.

Do not use!!! No matter how u apply this polish it will leave streaking and a milky colored residue. Check out Amazon for all the negative reviews with this product.

I brought this product two months ago & it works wonderfully. There is no sticky residue and it adds a lasting shine to hardwood floors. I will only buy this product from here on out. Very happy with my purchase!!
