Yes, it worked great! no cracking, breaking of Plexiglas!

I used this blade to cut through 5/8" G10 Board (a very dense fiberglass board) and it was able to work through the material with ease.

Worked perfectly. Cut was clean and smooth. Was able to cut a sheet of Plexiglass 4X8 in to a half a moon shape.

I thought the saw with this blade, specially made for cutting Plexiglas, would be ideal. Turns out it was easier to score and break the glass using a very sharp box cutter. The saw caused too much motion making the glass splinter. Guess a lot more clamps might have helped.

The price is good and quality is excellent so for me it's best to have on hand when needed...

The blades are described for cutting Plexiglas, but I was cutting HPDE plastic about 1/2 inch thick. They blades performed beautifully and the edge required very little finishing.

used this blade to cut 1/8" thick Plexiglas sheets, 2 ft and 4 ft straight cuts. Blade worked well, smooth cut, no melting. I clamped plywood under and over, right to the cut line to prevent chipping, also clamp a guide on top and go slow.

I bought these for making curved cuts in acrylic and polycarbonate sheets. They work well, once you adjust your saw speed and move at a constant pace. I would like to note that this works best for acrylic which is at least 1/8" in diameter. When I tried to cut a piece of 1/16" (0.093") acrylic, it chipped and cracked the panel. Polycarbonate doesn't shatter, so you should be good for almost all thicknesses. When used correctly, these blades make very clean cuts with no chipping at all. The edges look as though they were laser cut! I was a bit skeptical, but they work well for what they are designed for. Not too expensive, either. Good job, Bosch.

I purchased the Bosch 3-5/8 in. x 10 TPI plastic-cutting jig saw blades to cut through 1/8" Plexiglas panels. The blades worked as expected no tear out, splintering or cracks, they are perfect for the job.
