The stainless steel top scratches easily; the writing above the knobs is coming off; the warming drawer will pop open on its own, the knobs discolor. I’ve only had it about two years.

For years I've had a regular stove. I have a SUPER STOVE now and I love it. I cook a lot and make large pots of food and the middle major burner rocks! The stove performs so well . . . I could never go back.

My second Bosch - purchased this one for guest house - Bosch has modified the front top corners - not as smooth/sleek as first range - otherwise the same! Much better finish overall for me than other brands in the price range.

Beautiful cooktop. Grate roomy enough for other pots while operating the center burner. Warming drawer is a great bonus. Very happy with the purchase so far!

It's wonderful. For serious home cooks, it's worth every penny.

The oven is excellent - excellent BTUs (18K, 15K, 10K, and 5K(2)), good interface, and overall nice looks. The installer didn't adjust the feet at all (I found it when I was reading through manuals after they left), and we had to do some hack jobs to turn the nobs to set the feet right after the oven was set in place (not an easy task). That's not a ding on the oven itself, but since intallation is a part of buying one, I am mentioning it here.

We purchased all Bosch appliances in our new home a 3 years ago. Over a year ago the oven began acting up and the problem continued to get worse until it finally stopped working. After contacting Bosch a number of times and the Bosch licensed repair man making 7 visits to our home to repair the problem we were charged $300 for labor. They refuse to assist me in reversing the charges. I feel when you spend $2000+ for a gas stove you should receive better service. I'll think more than twice next time I purchase an appliance. Top scratches easily from the grates. Mine is scratched in the front of grates. Kerosene smell from the oven went away after I was informed to use the oven at 350• for 2.5 hrs. Whan water spills on the top it is impossible to remove the water lines so far. LOVE the looks and ease of controls. Oven bakes evenly. Not sure if I would buy again at this high price as my WP stove did not have these issues.

The self clean on oven turns on by its self different days and different hours does it when I'm not home sometimes very very dangerous and scary also because when I try to turn it off its sooo hott it wont let me turn it off very bad experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] With the many different cooking options, it does take some time to fully catch on to the unit's capabilities. That was expected so no surprise. So far the top burner surface has been easy to maintain. We are very happy withe range.

Gorgeous in the kitchen but the only thing I don't like is the fact that the grills have scratched the metal on top back all up. It rubs on the vented area. Only have had it a few months and looks like we've had it longer. No too happy about it

Purchased this oven 9 months ago. Delivery and installation were awful, I paid for installation and an installation kit. The kit was not with the oven on delivery so it was unable to be installed. After finally having it installed, and using it for 9 months, the oven stopped working. It is the ignitor for the gas oven that needs to be replaced already! Since it is under warranty, I went with a repair company called by Bosch. After waiting a week to get a repair person in my house, I have now been waiting 10 BUSINESS DAYS for the part. It will most likely be another 4 or 5 days before I can get the part installed. Bosch offers HORRIBLE customer service and a terrible product. I should have just kept my old oven. I have not had a working oven in a month, after spending over $2,000 on a new oven. It is a disgrace.

Just ignore the BTU ratings for the burners. They sound impressive, but in reality they are really weak. And the grates are so high up that a lot of heat is lost to the room and up the vent before it gets to the bottom of the pan. It takes so long to boil water that you'll forget you put the pot on. And the pasta is done before the water returns to boiling. Because the burners are sealed, the high setting on small pots heats the side walls and handle more than the bottom, and turning it down to a sizable low sacrifices way too much heat to accomplish anything. The oven takes 10-20 minutes longer than the preheat light indicates. Being a gas oven with an inaccurate temperature sensor, the heat is uneven and varies too much. My tried and true recipes come out different every time and I can't figure out the variances. The broiler will scorch anything remotely close to the flame, so you have to broil off to the side or front on a low rack. They just don't make gas ranges like they used to. They're all about fashion instead of function, and keeping your pretty pans from getting blackened by a real flame. Even the high end brands have sealed burners and the grates are too high. I guess gas is overrated anymore. Time to try induction.

Love, love, love the new range. Very easy to operate. The design is aesthetically pleasing and very functional.

I have been using the range daily for a week now and it is working out well. It is attractive and very easy to use. I love the professional looking knobs. I have to bake a turkey to give it five stars.

Burners work great and lots of top surface area. Convection oven works very consistent with our prior range so an easy swap. Warming drawer came in handy during the holidays.

We are so happy with this range, no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The BSS is really tough and does not show fingerprints and wipes clean with a damp cloth. The burners have been easy to clean and appears to evenly cook with oven. Buttons in front are sensitive to touch if you are reaching above to get in the microwave.
