The cooler I received was not the one I ordered. I returned it & re-ordered again the cooler I wanted, but got the wrong one again. It seems the model numbers are wrong for the items. I returned the 2 nd one & purchased a different brand.

I purchased this cooler and the first one was damaged and they took care of it quickly without issues. Great company. The second on had a dent again in the upper panel. Too late when I saw it…did it want to all again now. The unit has nice cold water hot water and we love it. Tha removable tray makes too much noise when it running.

Just got our Brio and installed it yesterday. It is so quiet! I like having three temperatures of water and I especially like the UV cleaning system that ensures we have good water to drink. The shipping was very fast and it arrived undamaged. Very pleased with our purchase!

Nightmare from beginning to end. Company will not easily support their warranty. Buyer beware!

Upper body is so thin, so it was crumple at the first. So I changed it, but second one is the same. So I give up to change again.

Using spring water - horrible after taste with multiple uses.

I just love this water cooler. The water gets super hot, the cold temp is great too. Love that it has room temp water also. It's very quiet. I thought I'd have to get use to having 3 separate water dispensers, but I'm dealing okay with it. The only thing I wish was different was the water dispensers themselves. It's kind of hard to refill a water bottle with the smaller opening because the dispensers where the water comes out, aren't perfectly round.

This is my second Brio, the same model. The first one sprang a leak about 16 months after purchase. Brio stood behind it even though it was 4 months out of warranty. They had me buy a new one, send them back the old one in the same packaging and then gave me a full refund of my purchase. In other words, they replaced it for free! Nice company to work with!

I love my new Brio. I just wish drip tray fit better. It comes lose when you try to open the door to change bottle. Otherwise very satisfied. Hot water is very hot and cold is very cold without affecting the room temp section.

Really want to love this but it falls short. We use this in our office to make coffee and to drink the water. If you are trying to fill up for coffee, the middle dispenser will stop half way through so now you have to use the cold water to finish. The empty bottle warning never works, i just check and see its empty so i replace it but then again the water wont dispense so you have to bleed the air out of the system. I will not buy again and hope you do more research then i did so you dont have the same mistakes. It is beautiful but thats about it.

Excellent!! Arrived quickly with no dents or damage. It is an attractive system and works well, and I need to add it is also super quiet. I highly recommend the Brio 500 bottom loader. : D

I have had several water dispensers over the years and the Brio500 self cleaning is the best I have ever owned. It looks great,fast dispenser, the hot water is 🔥 and the cold is very 🥶. I would recommend this to everyone.

Only had my unit for two weeks, but so far, it's lived up to expectations!

The delivery that was set up was great and the appearance of the unit is fine however, the water is not cold enough. It is only slightly cool. I wish there was a way to adjusting the water temperature.

Working well for cold and room temp water. Do not use the hot water dispenser. Since I rarely use more than 30oz. per day, the suggested once weekly cleaning is probably overkill and it would be convenient if the unit could determine when cleaning was necessary.

Love my new water system, the old one just started leaking so I researched and Brio was up there with a couple others but the reviews and the price was great …it came with a slight Dr t in the upper right hand side which I can live with!

Overall it is a good product, only inconvenience we have experienced is that we have to keep the button pressed for water.It would have been great if the button press was required only at the start and end.

I don't have to clean it and it is stainless steel which is a plus for someone with allergies.

After a few days of use, the water tasted terrible. We used the cleaning cycle but the water still tasted awful. Called customer support and they advised cleaning weekly with citric acid. What is the point of a self-cleaning water dispenser that needs to be cleaned with citric acid weekly? Needless to say, the machine was returned.

So far so good, only had this for a couple of weeks

Pros: Cool look. Easy to operate. Kids safe. Gets little noisy sometimes but not bad. Self cleaning seems to be a good option but can't appreciate much as I am not so sure about it's need and effects
