Exactly what I needed

I was excited to install a new closet system. I purchased everything I thought I needed and we cleared a weekend to work on it. We got everything out and realized the corner pieces needed a shelf kit, which was not obvious when I purchased everything online. We stopped the project, ordered even more product and have lived out of boxes for the past 2 weeks. The shelf kit arrived this week and we started the project over again this morning. Hung a few vertical panels in the closet to get a feel for spacing and within a minute, everything collapsed!! Several of the included screws broke off in the wall and the rails fell, damaging the wall, my trim and the floor. Two of the vertical panels are damaged beyond use. If the included hardware cannot support portions of the shelving, there’s no way this would support any additional storage. The customer support line is only available m-f so I have a huge mess, damage to my home, ruined product and still no closet. I normally don’t write reviews but value them for making purchases. I’m angry I wasted money and time on this product. I’ll be returning everything.

This system beats the rough finished 3/4 plywood shelves that were in our hall closet. We now have a nice looking, well organized hall closet. It took me two days to do this project and that included removing everything from the closet, taking out the old shelves, cleaning and painting the inside of the closet and then assembling the vertical and horizontal pieces of the shelving. I liked that the vertical panels came with predrilled holes for the shelf pegs so all of my shelf boards lined up when I put them in place. We have one more bedroom closet that needs to get new shelving and I will be using this system when we go to do that project.

It failed, as directions were not sent. Tried calling customer service and left 3 messages and not a single person called us back.

Way over price. It is two side panels that cost as much as a simple no shelves hanging kit system.

Just what I needed.

It looks like it will work decent but took 6 weeks to get, then it is white instead of grey. I tried to call customer service but I do not have time to wait over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I am going to use it because I don’t want to wait another six weeks to get a replacement. Fortunately it will be in a closet no one will notice

The most expensive particle board money can buy. At these prices you can build a solid wood shelf at 1/4 of the cost.

Very nice quality.

Well finished and just right for my application.
