The project came together well, the closest bars were crap quality and had to buy replacements, also needed more whole caps.

Easy to put together. There is a slight manufacturing issue, one of the drawers was not entirely square so it left a gap on one side, but it is hardly noticeable.

Not as good gualityvthat I expected. But it does work but concern is it may not last. Very fragile

I was a carpenter and I built furniture as a hobby. So I maybe more critical than average. The drawer goes together easily and the full extension slides work fine. My problem is with the materials it’s made of. The supports are plastic and the slides are attached by screws that thread into plastic. The drawer bottom is very thin particle board that not much better than cardboard. A plywood bottom would help tremendously.

This product does not fit the bottom half of the deluxe drawer setup. This is false advertisement.

The stock pictures are misleading. These drawers only fit in the top section. I thought I was re-ordering the correct ones but Home depot has discontinued the bottom drawers. Didn't find this out until we already assembled the system. Very disappointed.

I paid full price for two systems that were hundreds of dollars each and needed drawers for the top and bottom hutch. The top and bottom hutch are the same width, but the drawers do not fit the lower hutch and the company basically told me to go pound sand because the discontinued this series all in less than a year.

Love it! I'm using them for my crafting materials. I will be buying more for my mom's closet.

Drawers were as described and fit properly

Per ClosetMaid, these are the wrong drawers for the Impressions 25 in. W White Deluxe Base Organizer for Wood Closet System. You need to special order them in-store because Home Depot no longer carries the correct ones!

These are great looking...I did 8 drawers at each end...my husband had space for the smaller drawer and (8) and I used the large. The finish and extra detail looks great. I combined with heavy duty poles and supports where each pair of supports holds 300 lbs. Also used large heavy hooks on walls for purses, scarves and belts... I am very happy....our old wire system was never satisfactory...This system looks and functions perfectly. Do not be afraid to mix and match for your own needs. You won't be sorry.

They said these drawers fit the cabinet that I ordered, but they don’t. They only fit the top section of the unit. This makes no sense…who can reach a drawer that is 5 to 7 feet off the ground. I called customer service at ClosetMaid and they agreed. They said Home Depot discontinued the drawers that fit on the lower part of the cabinet. Very disappointed.

I ordered this drawer with the base shelf. This drawer DOES NOT fit. It does fir wide, the heighth is good but the sliders that come with drawer to attatch to the shelf base does not line up, it is too shallow. The cabinet is 20 in deep this drawer is for a cabinet less deep. This order was a correction of a previous order that I returned for the same reason. The web site says this drawer goes with this cabinet, it does not unless you want to drill your own hole into cabinet. I am very frustrated about this whole process as these are not cheap costing drawers. So with this being said I would like to rate value and product but someone needs to check product on website to insure that the correct pieces are together with the correct pieces.

Great closet organizer. Looks good. Drawers are not the best but work for the price.

The description said it would fit my current closet system and it was not even close. I made it work with alot of extra work, but they are not what was described.

These are poor quality for how expensive they are. Also, you need the deluxe version if you want the deeper drawers for the bottom of the tower.

Easy install. I bought this for my 3 year old sons closet and I absolutely love it! Everything is organized and looks great!

Somehow a lock at left slider does not lock after drawer insertion. Drawer still operates but the left side feels lose at full extension.

Nice product. Looks great and went together easily. I like the joinery technique. We would buy again.

Very poor quality. Holes in the boards were missing.

I bought 4 drawers to install into the cabinet they are meant for and it's absolutely impossible to get the drawers to work properly. They are awful. The glides don't work and leave the drawers unable to slide and out. The glide mechanism leaves it is short on one slide and the drawers cannot slide in and out, they just fall. They don't install level so there finally look is completely crooked. I've searched online, call the support, searched YouTube and everywhere else and cannot find a solution.

One Set of drawers glides freely while the second has a drag in closing. The second set works but does have the mentioned issue which I hope loosens over time.
